New this year - Day of Service! AGSES will be participating in a service project with the New Orleans Habitat for Humanity on Wednesday, April 14, 2010, the day before the conference begins. We have opportunities to contribute to this effort in addition to a Sponsorship or Exhibit.

    • Includes the following meals for one (1) display personnel: Opening Reception/Dinner on Thursday, April 15, all scheduled meals and breaks on Friday, April 16.

  • $250 (2) - Thank-you wine & cheese reception for volunteers Wednesday evening

  • Any dollar amount, service or item designated by a sponsor or exhibitor to contribute to the Service Project Effort, services or items are subject to approval based on need and appropriateness of item to the effort.

    Exhibit Hall Open
    (during the same time frame there will be attendee registration, cash bar reception, and various activities in the area to help draw attendees.)

Friday, April 16

  • 4:45 pm - 6:30 pm
    Exhibit Hall Open with Cocktail Reception (fundraiser results, drawings and prize winners will be announced during this time.)
  • 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm   
    Exhibit Tear Down

Bring additional employees to attend the conference as attendees.
You may also register additional individuals from your company as conference attendees online this year. Membership or login are not required to register. Go to the Conference webpage and use the registration link on right side panel. The third registration option is for non-members. Complete the form and payment information for each individual. (You will be asked to enter a username and password of your choosing for each person so they may access their registration, sign up for workshops and create a personalized schedule.) There is also a downloadable print registration form available. As a Sponsor you are entitled to complimentary conference registrations: Education 3; Platinum 2; Gold 1; Silver 1. Special instructions will be provided for those individuals.
