Customer Care Manager Position Summary: The Customer Care Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Customer Care team as they work to provide our customers with an exceptional experience. Oversees the coordination of customer care processes and that customer concerns are addressed in accordance with the council's customer care strategies and objectives. The Customer Care Manager works in partnership with other operational and organizational functions to support organizational mission, goals and strategic priorities. Customer Care Coordinator Position Summary: Expert in set-up and management of customer care processes in Salesforce (creating solutions). Recruitment Manager Position Summary: The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading and guiding the recruitment (inside and outside) team and for overall new membership growth. In collaboration with the Marketing/Brand Manager, she/he will develop and assess comprehensive year-round plans for the recruitment and placement of new members. Volunteer Engagement Manager Position Summary: The Volunteer Engagement Manager is responsible for providing leadership and management to the Volunteer Engagement Department as they work to retain adult volunteers and girl members of the council. She/he is responsible for providing leadership in the development of innovative member strategies and effective service for supporting girl and adult membership. This role is accountable for overall member satisfaction, as well as training opportunities, adult recognition, implementation of the Volunteer Toolkit, and expertise in the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.
