Passwords are not recoverable and the office does not have access to your password. To recover your password, please provide the login name you have associated with your user account and click on the Reset button. Your login name is usually your FirstnameLastname with no spaces unless you have changed it. 

If you do not have your username, please provide the email address associated with your account and click on the Recover Username button.
